CHICAGO – (April 2, 2025) – Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine have recognized RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the leading provider of assurance, tax and consulting services for the middle market – as one of the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® in 2025. Earning a spot means that RSM is one of the best companies to work for in the country.
This is RSM’s fifth time being named to this prestigious list. This year, RSM was joined by Cisco, Hilton, Salesforce, Walmart, Zillow and other prestigious companies on the list.
The 100 Best Companies to Work For list honors companies that build a high-trust workplace environment, measured through Great Place to Work’s proprietary survey platform. Confidential feedback from more than 1.3 million employees in the U.S. is matched against HR data from participating companies. Only companies with consistently high survey responses across the 60 statements that comprise the Trust Index™ Survey are honored with placement on the list.
“We are so grateful for our dedicated people who continue to make RSM a great place to work year after year,” said Ty Beasley, chief talent officer with RSM US LLP. “At RSM, we understand the unique contributions that each of our people brings to our firm, our clients and our communities every day. We celebrate and thank them for all they do to earn us this and other incredible honors.”
The Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For List is highly competitive. Companies are only considered for the list if they are a Great Place to Work Certified™ organization with 1,000 or more employees in the U.S. Companies are assessed on their ability to create a great employee experience that cuts across job level, business unit, race, gender, age, disability status and other aspects of employee identity.
Earning a spot on the list is an important indicator of overall company performance. Companies on the 100 Best list consistently outperform the market and exceed their competitors on key business measures like retention and innovation.
“Leaders are the reason a business succeeds or fails,” said Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work. “In the more than 30 years we’ve studied the workplace, our data proves that how you treat people shows up in your financial performance. When you measure trust, you uncover the potential that exists in an organization. Employees at companies on this list have higher levels of trust in their leaders and in their organization, unlocking their creativity, passion, and resilience.”
“Fortune is happy to have collaborated with Great Place To Work for the 28th year to recognize the 100 Best Companies to Work For,” says Alyson Shontel, editor-in-chief of Fortune. “In a difficult macro environment with unprecedented challenges, these companies seemed to navigate their organizations toward steady and positive working environments for employees. Congratulations to all who were recognized.”
In addition to this most recent recognition, Great Place To Work® named RSM one of the “Best Workplaces for Parents™” for 2024, PEOPLE Magazine and Great Place To Work® named RSM to their 2024 PEOPLE Companies that Care list, and Fortune and Great Place To Work™ named RSM to the 2024 Fortune Best Workplaces in Chicago list.
