RSM Supports Mental Wellbeing with $100,000 Gift to Active Minds

CHICAGO – (June 26, 2024) – RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the  leading provider of assurance, tax, and consulting services for the middle market – is pleased to announce that the RSM US Foundation recently presented a check for $100,000 to Active Minds, Inc., the nation’s leading nonprofit organization supporting mental health awareness and education for young adults.

This is the fourth check the foundation has presented to Active Minds, bringing the grand total of monetary support from the foundation to the organization since 2020 to $450,000.

The RSM US Foundation’s support of Active Minds began with donating $50,000 to create the organization’s online tool, Behind the Backpacks. Donations in 2021 and 2022 supported chapter activation of Behind the Backpacks and integration into Active Minds’ Send Silence Packing® exhibit, which travels across the U.S. to end the silence surrounding mental health and suicide and connects visitors with resources for support and action. This most recent donation from the RSM US Foundation will continue to support Send Silence Packing®.
