RSM Announces 2024 First-Choice Advisor Award Winners

CHICAGO – (December 18, 2024) – RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the leading provider of assurance, tax and consulting services for the middle market – is pleased to announce the 18 individual and four team winners for the 2024 First-Choice Advisor Awards program.

RSM’s First-Choice Advisor Awards program was developed based on employee feedback to recognize professionals who embody the firm’s first-choice advisor culture, strategy and values. The program honors high-performing individuals at various career stages from across the U.S., Canada, India and El Salvador who exemplify RSM’s “5 C’s”: caring, curious, collaborative, courageous, critical thinkers. Teams are recognized for making a significant impact in both external client service and firm client service areas.

Now in its seventh year, RSM’s First-Choice Advisor Awards program has recognized a total of 101 individuals and 13 teams, since the program began to recognize teams three years ago. This year, 178 individual nominations and 33 team nominations were submitted.
