Handshake Recognizes RSM with Early Talent Award for Empowering Early Careers

CHICAGO – (March 13, 2024) – RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the leading provider of assurance, tax and consulting services for the middle market – was recently recognized with an Early Talent Award (ETA) from Handshake, the No. 1 college-to-career network in the U.S. RSM is among an elite group of organizations receiving this recognition for the fourth time since the awards began in 2021.

Employers of all sizes across industries are eligible to win an ETA. To identify winners, Handshake follows a structured methodology that measures performance in four areas that deliver great outcomes for employers and early career jobseekers: brand resonance, engagement, event participation and relationships. According to Handshake, RSM won an ETA this year because the firm outperformed its industry peers across these metrics, making RSM a top workplace for people starting their careers.
