Fortune Media and Great Place to Work Name RSM to 2024 Fortune Best Workplaces in Chicago List

CHICAGO – (June 13, 2024) – Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine have honored RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the leading provider of assurance, tax and consulting services for the middle market – as one of the Best Workplaces in Chicago for 2024. This is RSM’s third time being named to this prestigious list, coming in this year at No. 2. Earning a spot means that RSM has surpassed rigorous benchmarks, establishing itself as one of the best workplaces among companies headquartered in Chicago.

To determine the Fortune Best Workplaces for Chicago™ List, Great Place To Work collected nearly 50,000 confidential responses from employees at eligible companies. Via the Trust Index™ Survey, employees shared honest feedback about their experience by responding to 60 statements about the employee experience and answering two open-ended questions.

The Best Workplaces in Chicago list is highly competitive. Survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. To be eligible for the list, companies must be Great Place To Work Certified™, have at least 10 U.S. employees, and be headquartered in the Chicago region.
