Forbes Recognizes RSM as One of “America’s Best Employers for Diversity 2024”

CHICAGO – (April 23, 2024) – RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the leading provider of assurance, tax and consulting services for the middle market – was recently named one of America’s “Best Employers for Diversity 2024” by Forbes for embracing and celebrating diversity.

The Best Employers for Diversity were identified in an independent survey from a sample of more than 170,000 U.S.-based employees working for companies employing at least 1,000 people within the U.S. The evaluation was based on three criteria:

• Personal recommendations – Employees were asked to give their opinions on a series of statements regarding age, gender, ethnicity, disability, LGBTQ+ and general diversity in their current workplaces.
• Public recommendations – Survey participants were also given the opportunity to evaluate other employers in their respective industries that stand out with regard to diversity.
• Key performance indicators – Companies were evaluated on how they fared across a range of best practices, including representation, accountability & communication, internal initiatives and external involvement.
