Changes to the Paycheck Protection Program

RSM understands the challenges businesses face in navigating legislation related to the coronavirus pandemic. In light of President Trump’s recent action signing into law a bill that alters key provisions of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Paycheck Protection Program, we hosted a webcast to help business leaders determine what this legislation means for them.

The webcast focuses on the details in that new law, the Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act of 2020. During this webcast, RSM professionals discuss:

  • What the PPP Flexibility Act means for small and midsize businesses
  • How these changes will affect both new and existing PPP loans
  • New guidelines around repayment and forgiveness

You can find previous coronavirus webcasts on RSM’s website. We strive to remain the first-choice advisor to the middle market and we want to help however we can during this time of uncertainty. You can also find more information on our Coronavirus Resource Center, which we update regularly with news and insights.
