Our flexible work options, programs, resources and other WorkLife benefits address the needs of our employees at different stages of their lives and help to support passionate teams.
Flexible work options
To help you balance business and personal obligations, we offer opportunities to work remote, work part-time or transfer locations. Leave of absences to tend to your own or an immediate family member’s medical condition and maternity and parenting leave to spend time with your growing family are also some of the abundant flexible options available.
Our sabbatical program gives our professionals an opportunity to take time away from the office to focus on achieving a personal or professional goal. This could be anything from traveling the world, to taking time to focus on studying for and passing the CPA exam, or volunteering at a favorite charity. Plus, to support an employee's goal, RSM will provide some financial support while they are away.
Paid time off
Time away from work is beneficial for everyone. We encourage our people to take time to relax and rejuvenate with a generous paid time off (PTO) program in addition to ten paid holidays.
All of our people have access to a free professional coach to help them integrate work and life priorities. Our Coach on Call program allows our people to develop a personalized action plan to achieve the personal and professional success they desire.
