First-Choice Advisor Awards program

RSM’s annual First-Choice Advisor Awards program was developed based on employee feedback to recognize professionals who embody the firm’s first-choice advisor culture, strategy and values. The program honors high-performing individuals at various career stages from across the U.S., Canada, India and El Salvador who exemplify RSM’s 5 C’s: caring, curious, collaborative, courageous, critical thinkers. Teams are recognized for making a significant impact in both external client service and firm client service areas.

First-Choice Advisor Awards program overview

RSM’s First-Choice Advisor Awards program has recognized 119 individuals and 19 teams since its inception. In 2025, more than 150 individual nominations and 28 team nominations were submitted. The First-Choice Advisor Steering Committee reviewed the nominations and selected this year’s winners, who include the following:
