RSM US SV, LTDA. DE C.V. (a wholly owned subsidiary of RSM US LLP, "RSM USE") was recently recognized as the number one employer by Employers for Youth (EFY) for professionals under 35 years old in El Salvador.
For the third consecutive year, RSM USE was recognized as a top employer for professionals under age 35 in El Salvador. RSM USE moved up in the rankings to first place in 2024, from second place in 2023 and third place in 2022. This recognition measures employees’ perceptions of various aspects of the organization, from wellness to leadership and diversity to benefits.

This recognition is evidence of the outstanding talent experience that RSM has cultivated for young professionals. The El Salvador office started in 2012 with five employees and has continued to grow to more than 250 employees today.
