At RSM, the trainee program offers students opportunities to build practical skills and gain experience. Join us for RSM's trainee program. It combines virtual and in-person experiences designed to help students kick-start their early career and academic exploration.

Trainee program paths

Cybersecurity

Participants choose one of four specialized tracks that explore key areas of cybersecurity.

  • Security operations center (SOC): Focuses on threat monitoring and incident response.
  • Digital identity and access management: Covers methods for securing user identities and managing authentication systems.
  • Cyber strategy and controls: Examines policy development, risk assessment and governance frameworks.

Each track reflects current industry practices and areas of demand.

Finance and Accounting

Immerse yourself in hands-on accounting processes, including accounts payable (AP), client accounting services (CAS) and core accounting concepts. The track also introduces skills in generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems—all while concentrating on client-focused work.

Application Software Development

Explore the business application solutions while immersing yourself in the essential foundations of programming and expanding your hands-on coding experience.

Quality Assurance

Step into the world of quality assurance and data analytics, learning about processes and tools, including automation and business intelligence.

IT Services

Dive into the fundamentals of IT support, including the key elements of modern computing and the pivotal role of IT support in organizations.

Risk, Controls and Compliance
