Celebrating Five Years of The RSM Classic
RSM and the game of golf have a lot in common – including the shared values of respect, integrity, teamwork, excellence and stewardship. And those similarities have a lot to do with why RSM US LLP serves as title sponsor of The RSM Classic, a PGA TOUR event held at beautiful Sea Island, GA, home of Team RSM members and PGA TOUR professionals Zach Johnson and Davis Love III.
To date, The RSM Classic has raised more than $2 million to benefit local and national charitable organizations focused on improving the lives of children and their families. Through the tournament’s Birdies Fore Love program, employees and clients have raised close to $1 million of that amount, demonstrating that our employees and clients truly understand the needs of the communities where they live and work, and that they use that understanding to help local and national charitable organizations support those in need.
During the 2014 RSM Classic, we announced the renewal of our sponsorship of the tournament for another five years – through 2020. Given that announcement and since 2014 marks the fifth year of The RSM Classic, we’re celebrating by sharing a series of Top 5 lists we thought our middle market clients and potential clients would find of interest.
