Investors should be setting up for a massive week in financial markets and policy across the international economy that will see four major central bank decisions, a meeting between U.S. President Trump and Germany’s Angela Merkel, the publication of the Trump administration’s “skinny budget,” the Congressional Budget Office scoring of the GOP’s American Health Care Act, the Dutch general election and the countdown on the U.K.’s triggering of Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty which is the formal mechanism through which the country can exit the European Union.
