U.S. equities rebound in June
U.S. equities rebounded to a record high during the month of June following May declines. The advance was fueled in part by investors’ expectations of an interest rate cut following comments from Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell.
In addition, the U.S. and China agreed to restart trade negotiations and President Trump suspended the ban on U.S. companies’ supplying equipment to Huawei.
