Our Growth Champions® program consists of:

Business development workshops   

Facilitated in-person workshops where participants gain key relationship-building skills through real-world examples, role play scenarios, interactive exercises, practical tools and innovative strategies for growth.

Best practice forums

Facilitated live chat sessions with groups of six to eight participants. The focus is on sharing best practices related to client and potential client pursuits and growing key relationships.

One-on-one coaching

Regular, facilitated individual coaching calls with each participant. Discussions focus on maintaining accountability around current pursuits and clients, addressing roadblocks, and targeting and expanding key relationships through specific strategies with specific timelines and tools.

Client scenario self-studies

Customized client scenario case studies based on typical prospective client situations. Participants are challenged to identify their approaches to advancing the relationship and/or opportunity, drawing from experiences and teachings covered in the workshops.

Tips and challenges

Participants receive bi-weekly tips and challenges from our team members. Also included are articles, books and references to blogs, videos and other material that provide relevant content to enhance participants’ learning related to business development.
