According to a recent RSM digital transformation survey, many middle market manufacturers are struggling to determine where to begin in their digital transformation journey. In fact, just 30 percent of manufacturing chief financial officers said they had a fully-developed digital transformation strategy and only 2 percent have digital technology institutionalized at their company.
