As a partner and the enterprise digital leader at RSM US LLP, Sergio de la Fe is driving the next wave of digital transformation across the organization. In addition, Sergio served as the chairperson of the RSM US LLP Board of Directors. Sergio also serves as a National Consulting Executive Leadership Team member, responsible for the development and execution of our consulting strategy.

In addition to directing RSM’s digital transformation, Sergio is tireless in his commitment to servant leadership and collaborating with clients, partners, and colleagues to fulfill the firm’s commitment to being a first-choice advisor. A proud Hispanic, he is the national founder of RSM’s ¡HOLA!, an employee network group supporting Hispanic and Latino professionals. With the support of the RSM US Foundation, Sergio founded the RSM First Generation Scholarship Program to assist first-generation college students like himself in realizing their dreams. The scholarship aims to advance their studies and change the lives of first-generation college students through the power of education.
Throughout his career, Sergio has earned several awards and recognitions. In 2019, he was awarded the ALPFA’s (Association of Latino Professionals for America) Executive of the Year award. In 2015, he received the National Achievement Award for Partner of the Year, and in 2012, Sergio received RSM’s National Achievement Award for Excellence. In addition, he has guided his teams in attaining a national achievement award and global international client service award
