Nina’s current emphasis is in global transfer pricing planning and implementation analyses, covering U.S. and foreign transfer pricing documentation, intangible property valuations, intellectual property licensing, intercompany services, cost-sharing arrangements, intercompany financing, product transactions, and the resolution of transfer pricing controversies.
Her career in professional services and financial advisory began with a pivotal transition from legal practice to a Big Four accounting firm in 2012, where she played a key role in enhancing international tax services and transfer pricing practices. Prior to this, Nina held the position of an attorney at a distinguished law firm in Brazil, specializing in representing notable clients in labor and litigation matters.
As RSM’s Northeast transfer pricing practice leader, Nina spearheads teams that serve clients on Brazilian tax issues, with a specific focus on transfer pricing, showcasing her ability to seamlessly navigate international tax complexities while addressing the nuances of the Brazilian tax landscape. She also oversees the transfer pricing vertical for large multinationals and actively contributes to U.S.-UK bilateral transfer pricing efforts.
