Mark Strimber is an international tax principal at RSM US LLP. He serves as both the RSM’s Northeast region leader for the international tax practice, and the international tax leader on the firm’s private equity tax leadership team.
Mark has more than 15 years of international tax advisory experience. In addition to leading large international tax compliance engagements, he focuses on advising private equity funds and their portfolio companies, as well as multinational corporate clients, about international tax M&A and effective tax structuring. He is a first-choice advisor and continually works to build trust and understanding through his relationships. Mark and his team strive to explain difficult tax concepts in a clear and concise way that empowers clients with confidence in their decision-making process.
Mark is also an adjunct associate professor at Baruch College, where he teaches international taxation in the Master of Science program.
