Daniela is a member of the financial services tax practice with RSM US LLP, specializing in tax compliance for investment funds (hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds). Daniela advises clients on the tax implications of their investment activities by providing them with the most efficient way to build on returns while minimizing the tax consequences to investors. She has more than nine years of experience within this space.

In May 2023, Daniela was selected as a senior analyst in RSM’s cutting-edge Industry Eminence Program, which positions its analysts to understand, forecast and communicate economic, business and technology trends shaping the industries the firm serves. Her focus as an analyst in the program is on the financial services industry. She is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Daniela is involved in many firm initiatives and is passionate about enterprise growth. She was chosen to participate in RSM’s Champions for Growth program which focuses on relationships and intentional growth skills, hosted by the First-Choice Advisor Center. For many years, she was the New York office lead for ¡HOLA!, the firm’s employee network group for Hispanic and Latinx professionals, before relocating to Florida, where she helped advance the ENG’s recruiting and development initiatives.

She is a member of the Tristate Growth Steering Committee for the igNYte team, which was established by national leadership and the First-Choice Advisor Center to support local launch teams, celebrate success and foster growth culture in the tri-state market. She is also involved in the planning and execution of the national training curriculum developed to support her vertical’s talent.
