Chloe Austin is an associate director on RSM UK’s audit team and is a professional services firm specialist. She acts as an audit principal to a wide range of clients, including several large private equity-backed businesses, international law firms, architectural practices and a variety of other businesses.
Chloe has over 10 years of experience with RSM. She has a strong understanding of the professional and business services industry, developed through her involvement in internal and external industry initiatives. Chloe is passionate about understanding her clients and sharing industry insights, and she works closely with colleagues on other teams to support them on their journey. In 2025, Chloe was selected as a senior analyst in RSM’s cutting-edge Industry Eminence Program, which positions its analysts to understand, forecast and communicate economic, business and technology trends shaping the industries the firm serves. In addition to her audit role, Chloe set up and was a national co-lead for Empower, the firm’s gender-balance network.
