About Beth

Beth Johnson is a technology consulting principal with RSM US LLP. She is an experienced professional in information technology organizational development and structure, providing consulting services to the financial services, nonprofit, private equity and gaming industries.


Experience

A seasoned RSM employee with more than 23 years of experience in IT consulting, Beth works with banks and credit unions across the country to help solve their technology challenges. She facilitates IT due diligence projects, as well as cloud and infrastructure as a service to provide flexible IT options to private equity groups as they buy and sell businesses. Best known for her positive attitude, Beth is a resourceful leader and networker who thrives on working together with clients to solve their business needs. 

Beth has led and served on numerous RSM internal teams, including national financial institution consulting leadership for technology; Central regional infrastructure leader, technology consulting national industry leader; Central region sales leader; Senior Director Compensation Committee;  and new partner selection committee, among others.

She is deeply engaged in the STAR employee network group helping women advance their careers and achieve leadership positions. She brings this concept to her clients, shedding light on the value of diversity at the leadership table. Her role as chief information officer coach to other female technologists is helping to close the gender gap for women in IT. 

Beth sits on several steering committees as a paid advisor and regularly speaks on technology topics, primarily for gaming and financial institution audiences.
