Before joining RSM, Pash led multibillion dollar delivery operations and major transformation programs across global markets in senior leadership roles at IBM and two Big Four firms. In his work as a business transformation advisor, Pash partnered with C-suite leaders to improve profitability, scale operations and drive long-term growth through operational excellence and digital innovation.
As the India leader, Pash plays a pivotal role in scaling RSM with expanded capabilities and building India into a globally relevant innovation hub.
