Amy Shooter is a senior manager in RSM UK’s assurance practice, based in Leeds. She joined the firm in 2015.
In May 2026, Amy was selected as a senior analyst in RSM’s cutting-edge Industry Eminence Program, which positions its analysts to understand, forecast and communicate economic, business and technology trends shaping the industries the firm serves. Her focus within the program is the asset and wealth management subsector of financial services.
Amy provides audit services to clients across the financial services industry. With more than a decade of experience, she has worked with pension funds, hedge funds, wealth managers and asset managers throughout her career at RSM.
In her current role, Amy collaborates closely with clients, partners and delivery teams to deliver a consistently high‑quality, premium product. She influences and motivates teams to perform at their best, using her industry knowledge to lead insightful, value‑driven conversations with clients and deliver impact beyond the audit cycle.
Beyond day-to-day work, Amy is an active member of the corporate social responsibility committee in RSM UK’s Leeds office.
