Jodi Ader is an international tax senior manager with over 25 years of experience in international trade. She is well-positioned to assist corporations in planning and creating world-class compliance operations and food safety programs. She has substantial experience in import, export control and sanction matters, including U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations.

Prior to joining RSM, Jodi began her career with the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration, promoting export business to East Asian countries. She then worked for a major shipping line and went on to lead global logistics and trade compliance for a Fortune 500 company. She recently established and ran a boutique consulting firm, advising small and middle market corporate clients. Jodi is a U.S. Customs broker and certified Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) for human and animal food.
