ALPFA Names RSM’s Darcy Wilson-Jones to its 2021 Most Powerful Latinas List

ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals For America) recently released its 2021 Most Powerful Latinas list, which includes Darcy Wilson-Jones, Los Angeles assurance practice leader and member of the Board of Directors with RSM US LLP (“RSM”), the nation’s leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market.

ALPFA, the country’s largest Latino professional association, highlights the most powerful and influential Latina trailblazers in business, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement, while empowering and encouraging the next generation of Latina leaders to reach their full potential.

Wilson-Jones was recognized as a Corporate Trailblazer, a category described by ALPFA as: A group running multi-billion-dollar P&Ls, providing guidance and leadership to their own companies and thousands of others through their consulting. They are redefining operations and communication in the new world that requires new thinking. These Latinas are the perfect leaders as they have been blazing new trails for their entire careers. And now their life and career journey of consistently beating the odds and making an impact will be seen and felt as they lead in the post-pandemic world.

Wilson-Jones joins Latinas from a number of other organizations including Bank of America, General Mills, Google, Moody’s Analytics, Wells Fargo and others on this prestigious list.

“Everyone should know these women and understand their impact as they refine the power dynamic across the country,” said Damian Rivera, CEO of ALPFA. “Their leadership, passion and determination has resulted in an unstoppable force of good across the corporate, entrepreneurial and social change landscape.”

“Darcy leads by example, always sharing her insights and knowledge with others to help them on their own professional journeys,” said Sam Mascareno, west market leader with RSM US LLP. “On behalf of our 13,000+ people across the country and in Canada, I’d like to congratulate Darcy on this significant achievement. She is so very deserving of the recognition.”

“It’s quite an honor to be recognized on this list, along with so many strong female leaders from so many successful organizations,” said Wilson-Jones. “I am humbled.”
