Pennsylvania Audit, Tax and Consulting
A depth of history and experience in the Greater Philadelphia region
The roots of our Philadelphia office run deeply with more than 50 years of experience in the area. In 1949, Rudolph Palitz opened its doors and quickly became a trusted advisor to the regional business community. Its merger into RSM in 2000 created an even stronger firm with national resources to help serve and grow its clients.
Today, we serve clients throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. RSM acquired two well-respected firms, King of Prussia-based, Mantas, Ohliger, McGary & Quinn and Philadelphia–based Simonson, Lipschutz & Fogel PC, allowing us to even better serve our clients. In 2014, RSM joined forces with Fesnak, LLP to increase our presence in the market. With over 377 permanent employees, RSM focuses on midsized companies throughout the Greater Philadelphia region.
RSM's Pennsylvania locations are honored to have been recognized with firm-wide accolades and individual acknowledgement of our exceptional staff. We are exceedingly proud of our office and staffs’ accomplishments, including:
- 2017 5th Largest Accounting Firm in Philadelphia
- 2017 5th Largest Tech Employer in Philadelphia
- No. 1 on Accounting Today's 2017 Value-Added Reseller (VAR) 100 list
- 2017 NetSuite Worldwide Solution Provider Partner of the Year
- 2018 Accounting Achievement Awards: Bob Fesnak”
