What’s new in Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement version 9.0?


Version 9.0 of Dynamics 365 was recently released; our webcast will demonstrate new features from the release, specifically covering the applications that make up the customer relationship management (CRM) portion of Dynamics 365, now referred to as Customer Engagement.
