Hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, Chris Kirk has proven himself in the amateur and professional ranks throughout his career. During his years at the University of Georgia, he helped lead the Bulldogs to the NCAA Championship in 2005. He also set a school record with seven individual victories, was a two-time first-team All-American and was awarded the Ben Hogan Award (given annually to the nation's top collegiate player) in 2007. After turning professional in 2007, he earned two victories on the Web.com Tour before transitioning to the PGA TOUR full-time in 2011, where he earned four top-10 finishes and earned his first career TOUR win at the Viking Classic. He has since gone on to win three additional times on the PGA TOUR in 2014 at The RSM Classic and the Deutsche Bank Championship, and in 2015, at the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial. He was a member of the 2007 Walker Cup team and the 2015 President’s Cup team. Chris has qualified for the FedExCup playoffs each of the seven years since its inception with his highest finish being second in 2014.
