Alex has over ten years of professional experience advising clients on accounting, finance and business processes. For the last seven years, Alex has exclusively performed transaction advisory services to middle-market clients. During that time, Alex worked on both the sell-side and buy-side of transactions, advising both financial and strategic buyers as well as business owners.
Alex is a director in the transaction advisory services practice providing financial due diligence services to sellers, private equity groups and corporations, and a transaction advisory services national restaurant sector leader and serves on the national RSM consumer products team. In 2018, he was selected as a senior analyst in RSM’s cutting edge Industry Eminence Program, which positions its senior analysts to understand, forecast and communicate economic, business and technology trends shaping the industries RSM serves. These senior analysts advise clients on conditions impacting middle market leaders. Alex’s focus is on the consumer products industry.
