During the orientation process, we will prioritize your goals and determine where to start. Each Firm Foundation member has a dedicated client server, to serve as an extension of the managing partner role. Your client server will provide assistance in partner coaching and advising, strategy development, functional improvement and other issues relevant to your firm – including proactive accountability to keep you moving in the right direction.
