A message of acceptance

DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
In light of recent events in our country, I want to take a moment to affirm RSM’s support of diversity and inclusion and our belief that there is no place for hatred, violence or discrimination in our firm or our society. Our brand promise is the power of being understood, and that promise holds true for our clients, our colleagues and our communities.
It is our belief that diverse perspectives yield better outcomes for businesses, the economy and society as a whole. We support that belief through our core values of respect, integrity, teamwork, excellence and stewardship and through culture, diversity and inclusion strategies, including our employee network groups, our support of diverse professional organizations, and our commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion in our workplace, workforce, marketplace and communities.
In fact, I recently signed the CEO Action Pledge that commits RSM will:
- Continue to make our firm a trusting place to have complex, and sometimes difficult, conversations about diversity and inclusion
- Implement unconscious bias education
- Share best – and unsuccessful – practices related to diversity and inclusion
We have been and will continue to do these things to support a diverse and inclusive workplace that enables everyone to achieve their best.
