In the Client Resource Center, we have two goals in mind: finding the right resources to provide prompt attention to your service needs and then providing those resources with the support they need so they can focus solely on you and your needs. 

Through monitoring and dispatching of our technology professionals, we’re able to find the skills and expertise you need.  And with access to 200 consultants, we have extensive breadth and depth.

To expedite service delivery we utilize a professional services automation solution. It is a complete resolution management system that manages client communication from start to finish. Every call is logged to help ensure resolution to your issue is handled properly—and efficiently.

Resources are here to help ensure you are getting the service you need to keep your technology systems running smoothly. Our team of professionals is positioned to serve as your first line of contact when you have a problem.

The RSM Client Resource Center is open during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Central time zone. Calls received outside these hours, on weekends and on holidays will be answered by the IT-Vision Service Desk. A ticket will be created and responded to according to service-specific protocols.
