Microsoft releases an exciting Update for Dynamics CRM
MICROSOFT DYNAMICS COMMUNITY NEWS
In January 2013, Microsoft released a Service Update for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 that provides several enhancements and new functionality. A major leap forward with this update includes cross browser support, including Firefox and Chrome and the ability to get the full Dynamics CRM experience on devices such as IPADs and Macs. In addition, Microsoft has included a new User Experience (UX) that is focused on sales outcomes and sales process, allowing you focus on the big picture, rather than the individual pieces of data. As part of this new opt-in UX, Microsoft has delivered predefined best practice sales processes that are easily configurable to match your organization's practices. Another major pillar of this release includes guided, contextual and social user experiences, including connections with Yammer and Skype.
