National Human Resources Leader

Katie Lamkin is the national leader of human resources for RSM US LLP (RSM). She joined the firm in January 2001. She is responsible for creating and sustaining alignment between firm and human resource strategy.
During her tenure with the firm Lamkin’s primary focus areas have been in the design, implementation and administration of the firm’s total rewards programs including compensation and benefit offerings, employee recognition programs and retention strategies.
Before joining the firm, Lamkin was director of human resources for FSI International, a high tech manufacturing firm in Chaska, Minn. She spent more than 10 years working for a health care system in the Twin Cities area in a variety of human resources roles, including competency project manager and director of human resources for their clinic system.
